Step Up Support Services is a NDIS provider offering direct supports to clients for all shifts, including sleepovers 7 days a week for social and in home supports, but we come with a difference….
We provide a ‘Home Base’ for all clients and staff to come 7 days a week so you don't have to drive around in endless circles or hang out in shopping centres for lack of somewhere to go.
We provide a supportive and hands on approach with our staff and have Managers that will work alongside of you to help solve a problem, you are not just a number.
This means that we never send you to a client without asking you if you feel you have the right skills and are comfortable providing the support and if it’s just not a great fit….. that’s ok too – you will not just be automatically rostered - we want you and the clients to feel safe, happy and supported.
We adopt a holistic approach to work with other services wherever possible to get the best outcome for our clients, we care about more than just the funding. Big or little we invest the amount of time as needed to get it right.
We listen when you talk and we act on what we hear…. We practice continuous improvement, and not just for the purpose of an audit. We strive to ensure that our service quality is the highest possible standard and we listen and act to make sure we know when it’s not.
We provide a client servicing team who will work alongside you, not just from an office but will practice what they preach and provide hands on training and support as needed.
